                How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed the same or next business day, depending on when you place your order. Orders placed before 12pm EST are usually processed the same day, while those placed after 12pm are processed the following business day.
In about 95% of cases, this is how it works. Please note that in rare situations outside of our control, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.
For orders within the USA, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days.
For international orders, estimated delivery is 6–13 business days.
⏰ Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm EST. Orders do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Please note that once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery speed is in the hands of the carrier. Factors such as traffic delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses may impact the delivery timeline.

                What happens if my parcel is delayed?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, because we use third-party carriers, once your package is with the courier it is outside of our direct control.
Delays are rare, but if you believe your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender, or missing, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or email our customer service team. To help us resolve your issue quickly, include your order number and the full name used on the order.
Our support team responds to all queries within 48 hours (often much faster on weekdays). Please note that we are not available on weekends, so any messages sent then will be answered on the next business day.
⚠️ To keep support running smoothly, we kindly ask that you avoid sending multiple messages about the same issue in a single day. We want to make sure you receive your Rooted VitalsMD products as quickly as possible, so please double-check that you’ve entered the correct shipping address and the right contact name of the person who can receive the package at checkout. Providing accurate details is your responsibility.
If you make a mistake or your information changes, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update your order. However, since we process and ship orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
⚠️ Please note: Our warehouse charges us a $9.00 fee for incorrect addresses, as this causes delays and extra work. If you’ve changed your mind about your order or spotted an error, please contact us right away through our support email. We’ll do everything possible to catch your order before it ships — but since our processing and shipping are very fast, we can’t guarantee changes once your order is in motion.
Your satisfaction is always our priority, and we’ll assist you to the best of our ability.

We cannot accept items that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition.
Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the items and notify you by email if your refund has been approved.
