📦 Shipping & Order FAQs

How do I track my order?
All RootedVitalsMD orders are shipped with full order tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can check its whereabouts at any time.


How long does order processing take?
We work hard to get your order out quickly. In most cases, your order will be processed on the same day or the next business day.

Orders placed before 12pm EST are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm EST are usually processed the following business day.
If you order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

In 95% of cases, this is how it works. Please note that in rare situations outside our control, processing may take a little longer.


When should I expect my delivery?
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

Within the USA → 5–12 business days

International Orders → 6–13 business days

⏰ Please note: Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm EST. Orders do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery speed depends on the carrier and can be affected by:

Traffic congestion

Weather conditions

Customs processes

Incorrect addresses

These factors are outside of our control, but we appreciate your patience and cooperation if delays occur.


What happens if my parcel is delayed?
We do everything possible to make sure your order arrives quickly. However, once it’s with the courier, it’s out of our hands.

If your parcel seems significantly delayed, returned to sender, or missing, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or email. Our dedicated customer service team will respond as quickly as possible.

Be sure to provide your order number and the full name used on your order so we can help you as quickly as possible.

⏱ Customer service responds within 48 hours, often faster on weekdays. Please note that our team is not available on weekends, so responses will be given on the next business day.

⚠️ To keep things fair for everyone, please don’t send multiple messages in one day about the same issue — doing so may place your query at the back of the queue.


I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. Providing the correct address and recipient name is your responsibility.

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to modify your order, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing has started.

Our warehouse charges us a $9.00 fee for incorrect addresses, since it causes extra work and delays. If you provided the wrong address, this $9.00 charge will be passed on to you before the change can be made.
