                How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed the same or next business day, depending on when your order is placed.
Orders before 12pm EST → usually processed the same day.
Orders after 12pm EST → usually processed the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays → processed on the next business day.

We work hard to get your order to you quickly, but once your package is with the courier, delivery speed is outside our direct control.
Delays are rare, but if your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender, or missing, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or our support email with your order number and the full name used on the order.
We respond to all queries within 48 hours (often much faster on weekdays).
Please note our support team is not available on weekends, so you’ll receive a response the next business day.
